Where do we meet?

For our Walk-and-Talk sessions, we can meet at a local park in or around Taylorsville, NC. Particular preferences are Rocky Face Mountain and Matheson Park. Walk-and-Talk is not strenuous exercise and is meant to be therapeutic. We will go at your pace taking it one step at a time!
