📅 The Logistics:
→ Sessions are 50–55 minutes, held weekly (or biweekly as you progress)
→ You’ll get personalized exercises and support between sessions
→ Most clients work with me for 3 to 6 months, depending on your goals and progress
→ I accept Aetna + Ambetter insurance and am Tricare Certified. Out-of-network benefits are also easy to use!

With my OCD Intensive Program, you and I meet three times per week for 3 weeks so you can break the cycle faster.💬 This Is for You If:
→ You’re stuck in a pattern of constant mental checking, reassurance seeking, or obsessing over “what if” thoughts
→ You're Googling compulsively, confessing to loved ones, or avoiding everything that makes you anxious
→ You’ve tried therapy before but didn’t get specific help for OCD, or didn’t get results
→ You want real progress, not just venting about the week
→ You're ambitious, self-aware, and ready to actually do the work but you want the right support, structure, and tools
🧠 What You’ll Get:
→ Nine 50-minute sessions over 3 weeks
→ A highly focused, ERP-based treatment plan tailored to your OCD themes (whether it’s contamination, harm, religious, relationship, moral, or “just right” OCD)
→ Support between sessions through personalized tools, worksheets, and clear direction
💥 By the End of the 3 Weeks, You’ll Likely:
→ Notice your OCD thoughts aren’t as sticky or intense
→ Be more able to resist compulsions (even when they scream for your attention)
→ Feel more confident managing anxiety on your own
