Is OCD Taking Up Too Much Space in Your Life?
OCD doesn’t always look like handwashing.
For many women, OCD looks like replaying a conversation to check that you said the right thing, worrying that people are upset with you, or needing things to go exactly as planned and feeling sick when they don’t. It can look like health worries, fear of germs, or a strong urge to analyze, check, or “close” something before you can move on. It can also look like feeling guilty for resting, redoing something until it feels “right,” or seeking reassurance from a partner, a doctor, or Google.
If you’re a perfectionist, highly responsible, or someone who feels like you have to be certain before you can move forward, OCD can be exhausting to carry alone, and easy for the people around you to miss entirely.
This group is for treating the OCD cycle itself, using structured, evidence-based OCD treatment: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT).

Each week you practice ERP and I-CBT skills for the patterns that keep OCD going, such as replaying conversations, analyzing or “closing” things before you can move on, checking, reassurance seeking, avoidance, perfectionism, health or germ worries, and relationship doubts. You also practice between sessions, with the support and accountability of the other women in your group.

This is group therapy, not a peer support group or a class. It is a structured, time-limited treatment group led by a licensed clinician, and members share their experiences and practice exposure work together. Participants agree to protect each other’s privacy and confidentiality.

Yes. Relationship OCD is one of the ways OCD can show up, and it can be part of the work in this group. That can include doubting your feelings, checking whether the relationship feels “right,” comparing, and needing certainty. The group focuses on the OCD cycle itself, not on deciding whether to stay in or leave a relationship.
