Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! Click on the button that says, “Book Now” to get started.

  • Only a select few. I am in-network with Aetna. I am a Tricare certified provider, which means that you could be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of the session fees. Many Tricare families are satisfied with this option. Also, I can submit claims to most insurance companies as a courtesy in helping you get your out-of-network benefits.

  • Yes! I have lots of experience of working with teenagers. Teens are definitely stressed out more than ever these days and I am happy to discuss if your teen and I are a good fit for therapy.

  • Weekly. I get that life is busy and you have a lot going on. Therapy is intended to be time-limited so it is not ongoing forever. Meeting for therapy every week is proven to give you better results and can help you reach your treatment goals faster. As you make progress, we go to every other week.

  • No. I am a master’s level therapist. If you need medication, I am happy to find you a medical doctor that can do so.

  • 24 hours. Cancellations need to be made 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation within 24 hours of your therapy appointment is subject to a charge of the full fee for the session ($175). I encourage you to prioritize your mental health and get the most out of your therapy treatment.
